DMC Dubai

I had the pleasure of working with 24 Degrees Tourism LLC for our client’s incentive – that was held at the Fairmont Dubai, with 145 winners to reward the Sales Team for their hard work throughout the year and for having achieved the company’s goals this year.

A few good things that you I would like to say about 24 Degrees: - Very hard-working employees, service minded, patient and friendly - Always on time - Deliver what they promise. - I would really like to work again with them!

Your team are truly amazing and I feel so lucky to have worked with them. To have a partner that made us feel so reassured at all times that they were not only across every detail, but proactively making the program better is exactly what we look for when partnering with a DMC. Pre-event and onsite we had a consistent team that knew every detail of the program, and every single one of the coordinators, guides, drivers and translators were truly top notch. I really appreciated having the same people throughout the program so that we grew rapport with them, the guests got to know them and they understood our program and our people.

Obviously the two main people I want to take the time to mention are Nikhil and Liz. Firstly, they obviously work so well as a team and have clearly defined roles and responsibilities that allowed them to master their portions while still being across everything. Nikhil had amazing attention to detail in all the transfers and movements of the group, and we knew we were in good hands – especially since transfers has been a huge pressure point for us in the past. He made himself available at all hours to answer our questions and was such a pleasure to work with.

Now of course Liz. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of her. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, easy going demeanor and her ability to say yes to absolutely every request made our lives so much easier. She has probably been my favourite DMC lead planner that I have ever worked with. Not only did she 100% nail the program, she is so enjoyable to spend time with and truly goes above and beyond.

It was such a pleasure to work with 2xceed on 2 incentive programs we planned for Dubai.
We chose 2xceed as our partner to help manage both the programs this past fall. Their attention to detail as well as their creative ideas helped to achieve meaningful, memorable and motivational events for our winners and their guests. It is not often that I am at a loss for words but I find myself in the position of trying to express my gratitude to the amazing team at 2xceed for a truly exceptional weekend! From the time I received the invitation and to it being snapped up within 24 hours I knew this experience in Dubai was going to be extraordinary……!

What a way to start by putting a bunch of South Africans on a luxury yacht for a cruise around Dubai, with views of the Burl al Arab…….with cold beers and to then showing off the best table in the house in front of the Burj Khalifa with musical fountains to top off the day!
Then to the extra special day at the Dubai 7’s and for the generous hospitality put on by the Intercontinental team…..and more cold beers that just kept coming! The day was made even more exceptional by the BlitsBokke successfully defended their title and being crowned Dubai champions…..history in the making and we were part of it throughout…..! And not to mention being the only South African supporters in the latest 7’s kit and being thanked by the players for our support!
So where to from here then…..past the sights, smells and sounds of old Dubai, to a few more cold beers and then the thrill of a float plane taking off from Dubai Creek and experiencing the city from a totally different perspective. The sky scrapers that stretch as far as the eye can see, The Palm and World Islands and the beautiful Persian Gulf below….
And last but not least….and of course with the obligatory cold beers in hand…being whisked across the desert to experience a beautiful sunset, a hair raising falcon display (wink) and the best desert hospitality under the stars….
