Aegean, and Mediterranean coasts :
These coasts have a typical Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters.
Black Sea Coast :
Temperate climate with warm summers, mild winters with rain.
Istanbul
Istanbul's climate consists of hot sunny summers, warm springs and autumns, and mild winters. Average summer day temperatures are around 28 C, with spring and autumn temperatures around 20 C.

When to go
The best time to visit Turkey is from April to October, when the greater part of the country has an ideal climate.
